Returns & Refund

At VapeDelivered UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel and  return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason — provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.


2. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns on:

  • Unused, unopened vape kits, disposables, and e-liquids
  • Accessories and hardware in original, sealed condition
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery

Important: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used e-liquids or disposables, unless the item is faulty.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the issue.

We may ask for:

  • A clear photo or video showing the fault
  • Return of the item for inspection (we’ll cover postage if the fault is confirmed)

4. How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will provide full return instructions.


5. Return Shipping

  • For unwanted items: You are responsible for return postage costs.
  • For faulty or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping or offer a prepaid label.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.


7. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when submitting your return request.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
